Tried the steak and shrimp hibachi once and was not a big fan. The white sauce is on the syrupy sweet side unlike the one at Little Aris which makes or breaks my hibachi meal for me. I go here often for the seafood boil though which they have always done right by me. The fried sides like gyoza and crab Rangoon are also good.

-The vegetables looked and tasted steamed rather than stir-fried.

-Everything needs soy sauce while it is cooking. All the food really depends on the dipping sauce cups to carry the flavor for everything, but all of the items need that base layer of soy sauce flavor.
